It's always best to contact us at info@realsmartshirts.com if you have any issues at all with your order.  We will do our best to solve any problem in a timely fasion.

Payment Options

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Please Note: When paying with Visa or Mastercard your creditcard statement will show the payment to CleverCuties.com.  That is our parent site and our charges go through the same account.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

If you would like shipping to a different country, email us at info@realsmartshirts.com and we will add a shipping option for you.

Our Current Shipping Rates

United States: Flat Rate of $4.95 for all orders.

Canada: Flat Rate of $5.95 for all orders.

United Kingdom: Flat Rate of $6.95 for all orders.

Shipping Times

Most orders ship with 48 hours.   Shipping within the US typically takes 3 to 5 business days.  If you have any concerns about getting your order on time please email us at info@realsmartshirts.com.

International shipping typically takes between 5 and 8 business days.  Sometimes it goes faster and sometimes it goes slower. We do not have much control over that except for getting your order shipped as soon as possible.
